Nottingham Forest change their manager at least once a year, while Arsenal haven't done that since the 1990s, Then again, Forest can say they have won the European Cup but those glory days are long gone. They bid to make the headlines in this FA Cup third round tie. The two sides last met in September 2016 in the League Cup with the Championship side losing 4-0 to a virtual Arsenal reserve side. This season has been disappointing for Forest with them currently 14th in the table, 11 points adrift of the play-offs but only eight above the bottom three. They have aleady lost 14 league games this season and conceded 42 goals. Current form is terrible, hence the latest sacking, with no wins in five league games and no goals in the last three. They have lost three of their last four home league games, the other being a win over relegation threatened Bolton Wanderers. Home form is the model of inonsistency with seven wins and six defeats with no draws. Arsenal fought back to get a 2-2 draw with Chelsea on Wednesday evening but barely any of the players in that game will be on show in this game. That's no bad thing though as their weakened sides have reached a Caraboa Cup semi-final and won a Europa League group so far this season so it's no surprise that the tip here is for an away win as Arsenal bid to win the FA Cup for the fourth time in five years.
