Nice vs Monaco Prediction & Betting Tips - Ligue 1

Nice begin the weekend fourth in Ligue 1 and yet to concede a league goal. They host inconsistent Monaco who are down in 16th place in Ligue 1. Nice finished ninth last season, only six points off a place in Europe. They began this season with a goalless home draw against Rennes. Since then though, three straight games have been won and they are yet to concede a goal in Ligue 1 this season. Those wins have come and ten goals scored, including a 4-0 win at defending champions Lille. Nice also put four past Bordeauz at home before a 2-0 victory at Nantes. Only one of their last eight home games in Ligue 1 has been lost with them scoring at least twice in five of them. They lost at home to Monaco last season but had won the four previous home games against them.

Monaco finished third in Ligue 1 last season, only five points adrift of champions Lille. It's not been a good start for them this season though with only four points from five games, putting them 11 points behind leaders PSG. They began the weekend only two places and a point clear of the relegation zone. They had to come from behind to get a draw at home to Nantes in their opening league game of the season. The disappointing start continued with losses to Lorient and Lens, before finally getting off the mark with a win at Troyes. Their most recent Ligue 1 game saw them lose 2-0 at home to Marseille.  It's worth taking a chance on Nice getting a home win here.
