Nice are 10th in Ligue 1 but that's only four points adrift of the Europa League places. If they want to keep their hopes of European football alive, then they need to start getting some league wins. October and November saw them win five games in a row but since then they have gone six without a win. The poor run began with four draws, one that saw them lose to Guingamp in the French League Cup and then two losses.  Their most recent game saw them lose 4-1 at Toulouse in the French Cup. Their last three home games have all ended all square and with under 2.5 goals scored in each game making it five in a row at home to end that way.

Bordeaux are four points below Nice in the league table but have a game in hand. Five of their last six league games have been drawn and they are on a run of eight without a win. They have had mixed success in recent cup games including a win and loss to Le Havre and a Europa League win at Kobenhavn. Goals have been in rather short supply though with under 2.5 goals in the last five following a string of similar results earlier in the season. The tip here is to go for under 2.5 goals to be scored in this match.
