Liverpool look to finish a historic campaign on a high when they travel to Newcastle on Sunday for the final day of the Premier League season. Confirmed as champions several weeks ago, Liverpool could end up finishing 21 points ahead of Manchester City on 99 points overall if they win this game and City lose theirs. Newcastle are 13th in the table, a place in the table they can mathematically not finish higher than. If they fail to win and Palace beat Spurs, they will finish 14th. Toon supporters will be happy to see the back of another lackluster season. Steve Bruce's side are ending with a whimper, currently on a run of five games without a victory. While they are stronger at home than they are away, Newcastle have only picked up one victory from their last six home matches.
