Newcastle vs Everton Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Has the Everton bubble burst? They still top the Premier League but go to 14th placed Newcastle without wins in their last two games. Everton had won their first four league games and made it to the last eight of the EFL Cup. However, the last two games have seen them draw 2-2 at home to Liverpool and then lose their unbeaten record at Southampton last weekend, losing 2-0. They need to get back into winning ways and may well do so away at inconsistent Newcastle United. Everton failed to score at Southampton but that was the first time that had happened in their nine league and cup games this season. In fact, in each other of the other eight, they'd scored at least twice. The loss to Southampton ended a run of three straight away league wins and they won 2-1 at Newcastle last season. 

Newcastle United made a good start to the new season but have slipped of late. United are in 14th place at the start of this weekend, They only have eight points but the good news is that's seven above the relegation zone and only three away from the top five. The season began with a win at West Ham but since then their only league win has been at home to struggling Burnley.  Their other two home league fixtures this season have been disastrous for them. They lost 3-0 at home to Brighton and 4-1 to Manchester United. Only one of their last seven home Premier League games have ended in victory and they've conceded at least three goals on four occasions. This looks a good opportunity for Everton to get back in winning ways.
