Nantes vs Marseille Prediction & Betting Tips - Ligue 1

Nantes are 11th in the table and only four points above the relegation zone. They come into this home league game against Marseille having failed to win any of their last three league matches. Nantes had drawn two games in a row 1-1 (the second seeing them equalize with just a minute to go) before losing 3-0 at St Etienne at the weekend. It's a slip in form as the three previous games prior to that had all been won. Only one of their last six home league games have been lost but only two out of seven have been won.

Marseille are fifth in Ligue 1 but aren't in the best of form at present with only two wins in their last nine games in all competitions. The weekend saw them held to a goalless draw at home by Reims and when playing away, you're never quite sure what they are going to get up to. Seven away league games have seen them win three and lose four with 16 goals conceded, the equal worst record in the league. Five times they have conceded at least twice on their travels and four times they've conceded at least three. Not an easy game to predict but a bet on over 2.5 goals looks a good one.
