Munster hold the final qualifying place going into their final European Rugby Champions Cup Pool 2 fixture. They are home to Castres who are bottom of the table but could yet qualify for the knockout stages. Read our match prediction below.
The home side are only ahead of fifth-placed Gloucester on points difference and a point clear of Castres.
Their penultimate pool fixture last weekend saw Munster lose by just two points away at RC Toulon. That was the third successive loss for Munster who are eighth in the United Rugby Championship.
Both of their last two home games have been lost but inflicted by leaders Stormers and in-form Leinster.
Castres are propping up the table but are only a point behind Munster and fifth-placed Gloucester. A win in Ireland will see them at least guaranteed a transfer to the Challenge Cup. They could even qualify depending on the result of the Gloucester v Toulon match.
