Montpellier are third in the French league but title aspirations are rather limited as they trail PSG by 11 points. They lost their opening league fixture but are unbeaten in the ten that have followed but did lose in the French Cup in midweek. They have ten points from their last four league games and kept clean sheets in each of their three recent wins. Home form has seen them win three, draw two and lose that opening match to Dijon. They only actually got two points from their first three home league matches but have won the last three, all without conceding. 

Marseille go into the weekend in fifth place, three points behind their opponents but have lost their last two matches. A home loss to Lazio in the Europa League was followed by a 2-0 home loss to PSG. Before that loss Marseille had won four and drawn one at home and that's why they are so high in the table. It's certainly not because of their away league form as Marseille have won two and lost three and only Nimes have conceded more away goals than they have. Marseille have only won one of their last four visits to Montpellier and the tip here is for a home win.
