FC Minsk are eighth in the Belarus Premier League but have only one win in their last four games. They have a tough fixture this weekend as they host third-placed Zhodino. Minsk have nine points from their six league games but will go ahead of their opponents if winning this match. They have won three and lost three this season but two of those three wins came in their opening couple of fixtures. That was followed by three straight losses before getting a 3-1 win at Slavia Mozyr at the weekend.  Home form has seen then win one and lose one with three goals scored and five conceded, three of those came in a loss to BATE Borisov. 

Zhodino have 11 points from their opening six league fixtures and are only two points behind league leaders FC Slutsk. They have only lost one league game this season, a defeat by Dinano Minsk. However, they also have just one win from their last four league games and their last two have both ended in goalless draws. A 0-0 draw at BATE was a good effort though. Their six away league game have only seen six goals scored, and all their games have had under 2.5 goals scored. A bet on that stat is a possibility but FC Minsk are the joint second highest scorers and have the joint worst defensive record. A double chance bet on Zhodino to win or draw this match can be a winner.
