Mexico vs Scotland Prediction & Betting Tips - International Friendlies

Mexico topped their group to qualify for the World Cup finals but are having a few problems up front at present. They have failed to score in their last two internationals losing 1-0 at home to Croatia in March and being held to a goalless draw by Wales on Tuesday. That was a disappointing result against Wales, even more so when you consider the fact they had 22 attempts on goal in that game. The last nine home internationals have only seen Mexico score more than once on two occasions. They need to find the scoring form that saw them earn a 3-3 draw away to Belgium last November. 

The Scottish side can only wish they had a World Cup finals to prepare for having failed to get out of their quallfying group finishing third behind England and Slovakia. They only beat the bottom two teams in that group on their travels and lost to both the top two 3-0 away.  They have only won one of their last five games and lost 2-0 away at Peru earlier in the week. They have several players missing and this looks booked to be a home win for Mexico as long as they start converting those chances into goals.
