Manchester United vs FC Astana Prediction & Betting Tips - Europa League

For the third time in five seasons, Manchester United are in the Europa League. Last season saw them reach the last eight of the Champions League but fail to qualify for this season's competition due to a sixth place finish in the Premier League. United won the Europa League in the 2016/17 season and would love to do that again this term to get back into the Champions League. They have made a steady start to the new season and are fourth in the Premier League. The weekend saw them beat Leicester City at home and they look to make it two wins in a row with victory over FC Astana. United have no defeats in their last 11  games in the Europa League. Home form has seen them ubeaten in the last nine matches in this competition.

FC Astana are third in the Kazakhstan Premier League, five points behind the league leaders with two games in hand. They started the season in the Champions League qualifying rounds but lost to CFR Cluj (also now in the Europa League). Moved into this competition, they won their way through three qualifying rounds to reach the group stages. Away form isn't that impressive though with losses against Cluj and BATE and being held to a draw by FC Santa Coloma from Andorra. If they can't beat a team like Santa Coloma, then it's unlikely they will do well at Old Trafford. Go for a home win with United leading at both half and full time.
