Manchester City and Everton have both been very busy in the transfer window and probably aren't finished yet. City have spent most of the summer strengthening their defence and this will be their toughest test after beating Brighton and Hove Albion in their first game. Home form was strong for City last season with an unbeaten record of 12 games in the Premier League. They looked impressive last week though and will be tough again to beat at home. Everton have almost a new team this season which is what happens when new investment comes along. They certainly have a team that can challenge for a top four place particularly if record signing Sigurdsson settles in well. It's away form that they need to sort out though as last season they only won four away league games and that has to improve. This is the game of the season so far and hard to predict. City are strong at home but struggle to keep clean sheets with eight of their last 11 home league games seeing both teams to score. Everton have plenty on offer in midfield and up front even without Lukaku so go for both teams to score in this match.
