Manchester City top this Champions League group after two wins. They host Atalanta who are bottom of the group after two straight defeats. City have already had wins away at Shakhtar Donetsk and at home to Dinamo Zagreb. This never looked the toughest of groups and a couple of good performances home and away against Atalanta should all but take them into the last sixteen. City won at Crystal Palace on Saturday to temporarily close the gap on Liverpool to five points. Players such as Aguero, Otamendi, Mahrez and Stones out of their starting line-up, They are likely to feature in this game at some point which isn't good news for their opponents.

Atalanta are in their first ever season in the Champions League but it's not going at all well. They started off with a disastrous 4-0 away defeat by Dinamo Zagreb. Their first home game in this competition saw them host Shakhtar Donetsk. They took the lead but ended up losing 2-1 to a 95th minute goal. They trail those two sides by three points and City by six. Their form in Serie A is good and they drew 3-3 at Lazio on Saturday. As that result shows, the problem with Atalanta is their defending isn't that great with six goals conceded already in this group. and 13 in Serie A. City can get the home win here and be ahead at both half and full time.
