Liverpool vs West Ham Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Liverpool return to Premier League duty and host a West Ham United side who are 12th but just four points above the relegation zone. The home side are third in the Premier League and could go second this weekend with a good win at Anfield and  then Manchester United failing to beat Chelsea on Sunday. Liverpool have had a good break before this game with their last match being the 5-0 away win in Porto on February 14th, They are currently on a run of 15 home league games without defeat but have only won seven out of 13 home league games with the other six drawn. That might prove costly at the end of the season when the top four are finalized and this game against West Ham is one they just have to win. As usual the goals are flowing with 14 in their last five league and cup matches but they have also conceded five times. West Ham don't keep that many clean sheets either and although they are 12th, that's only four points above the bottom three. Their position improved with a 2-0 home win over Watford but that ended a run of four league and cup games without a win. Away form has seen them win just two of their last 12 games in all competitions with only two clean sheets and one of those was against Shrewsbury in the FA Cup.  Go for over 2.5 goals to be scored in this match.
