Liverpool have had plenty of chances to have already qualified for the last sixteen of the Champions League. They gave away the lead both at home and away to Sevilla and that could prove costly in the long run. Liverpool go into this final game a point clear of Sevilla and three clear of Spartak Moscow.  A win will give them the group but a draw will see Sevilla finish top. The worst case scenario is a win for the Spanish side over Maribor and a loss to Spartak as that would send Liverpool into the Europa League. They come into this final group match in top form and scoring plenty of goals. None of their last eight league and cup games have ended in defeat and the last ten games have produced 33 goals. Mohamed Salah is in top form and Roberto Firmino is starting to score consistently again. They have four points from their two home games in this group. Spartak have to win this game to have any chance of qualification but are guaranteed a place in the Europa League. They struggle on their travels though with no wins in their last six away Champions League games. Liverpool dare not make a mistake so go for them to win on a -1 handicap.
