Chelsea can book their place in next season's Champions League with a win over Liverpool in the Premier League on Wednesday. The Blues are third in the table, a point ahead of Leicester and Manchester United. They have a game in hand on Leicester, meaning that a win at Anfield would put them four points clear of the Foxes ahead of the final game of the league season.
