Lincoln will revel in this moment, facing one of the top teams not just in England but in the world. While their opponents are expected to rotate, the Imps have no reason to. We therefore expect to see James Collins once again leading the attack.
The 34-year-old gets his chance after his five goal contributions helped put the team third in the League One standings. With a 3.25 xG, the forward will definitely be a thorn to Chelsea’s much-changed backline.
Freddie Draper will be playing a support role in a two-pronged attack, and he will provide the option if speed is needed. The 21-year-old is on two goals and an assist in nine matches this season.
