Leipzig come into this game on the back of two straight defeats. Both were on their travels though and the fourth-placed side will be more comfortable on home territory where they are yet to lose in the Bundesliga this season. Six home games have produced four league wins and two draws with 15 goals scored and just three conceded. In all competitions they have won five and drawn one of the last six and have kept a clean sheet in each of those games, last conceding at home on September 20 in the Europa League. 

Borussia Monchengladbach are second in the Bundesliga and four points behind the league leaders. Their high league position is mainly down to their home record that has seen them win six out of six league games this season. Their away form isn't quite so impressive and hasn't been for a fair while. They have won two, drawn two and lost two this season, though one of their wins was at inconsistent Bayern Munich (not something written a great deal). In fact, Monchengladbach have only three wins in their last 17 away games in the Bundesliga. Leipzig can be backed to get the home win.
