Leicester - Hull: Form Analysis
Leicester City have hit the ground running in their return to the Championship and have won all their four games. Enzo Maresca’s charges are the only team remaining in the division yet to not lose a point. They top the standings with 12 points, two points above their closest challengers. This blistering start has been extended to the League Cup where the Foxes are through to the third round. Leicester beat Tranmere Rovers 2-0 away from home in midweek to achieve this feat. The win extended their current winning streak to six matches. Leicester have won the last two meetings with Hull. The latest encounter was a build-up match last year that they won 4-0.
As Leicester have blitzed past their opponents, Hull City have stuttered and have already experienced all three possible results. Liam Rosenior’s charges have racked up seven points thanks to two wins and a draw in their opening four fixtures. They are tied with two other teams and sit two points adrift of the top six. The Tigers had the worst possible start to the season as they lost back-to-back matches. After beginning the season with a 2-1 loss away to Norwich, Hull were eliminated from the League Cup in round one. They lost 2-1 at home to Doncaster Rovers. But since then they have gone unbeaten in their last three outings, winning twice. Hull were held to a 1-1 draw by Bristol City at home last time out.

Leicester & Hull Squad Analysis
Six changes were made for the midweek League Cup fixture meaning Enzo Maresca will have a more rested bunch to pick from. Top scorer Kieran Dewsbury-Hall played only the first half against Tranmere. The forward has scored five goals already with two coming in the league. Another player who could be looked at to provide the edge on Saturday is Kasey McAteer. The Englishman scored both goals in Leicester’s 2-1 win away to Rotherham last time out in the league. New signings Stephy Mavididi and Cesare Casadei have already impressed by adding their names to Leicester’s long list of scorers this season.
Ozan Tufan has led Hull City’s resurgence with his goals. The Turkish international has scored six goals for the Tigers with four coming in the league. This has him in a three-way tie at the top of the scorers' chart. Aaron Connolly is his partner in crime and has scored three times in what is an impressive debut campaign. The two have scored Hull’s last seven goals. Hull announced earlier in the week that goalkeeper Ryan Allsop had joined the club from Cardiff City. The experienced shot-stopper could be included in the squad for Saturday’s match.
