Leganes are 14th in La Liga and their next few results will determine how their season will progess. They are seven points behind the final Europa League qualification place and this is their game in hand. A few wins will put them in with a chance of European competition next season but there's a flip side. They are only seven points above the relegation zone so need a few more wins before they can call themselves safe from the drop. They only have one point from their last two league games but are undefeated in their last ten home league matches. Five of those games have ended in draws but it's March and Leganes have only lost one home league game this season and that sole loss was back in September.

Levante are a place below their opponents and have the same number of points. Only one of their last five league games have been won (a 4-1 win at Celta de Vigo who are in dreadful form at present) and just two wins in the last 11. Their victory at Celta de Vigo was a welcome one on their travels. They'd lost four in a row and gone seven away league games without a win before that win. Scoring four was a relief too as they'd failed to score in any of their previous three away league games. This looks booked for a home win for Leganes.
