Group F at the 2025 AFCON was widely considered the group of death, and the Ivory Coast came through it unbeaten, defeating Gabon and Mozambique, either side of a draw against Cameroon.
In their final group-stage fixture, the Elephants came from two goals down to beat Gabon 3-2 in a thrilling contest. They have scored five goals in their title defence so far and conceded three.
