Inter Milan put a marker on their championship credentials as they smashed Napoli’s unbeaten run in Serie A on Sunday. They now have a task, to move closer to the second round of the UEFA Champions League when they play host to Ukrainians Shakhtar Donetsk. Inter are second in Group D with seven points, two off leaders Real Madrid, while Shakhtar have one point, at the bottom of the group. Inter go to this game in high confidence after their 3-2 win over Napoli in domestic action and while they have reservations about their defensive run, their attack has worked superbly.
