Inter Milan go into this game knowing even a win might not take them into the last sixteen of the Champions League. A Europa League place is guaranteed and they trail second-placed Tottenham only on the head-to-head results between them, They both have seven points but that Tottenham goal in Milan could prove the deciding factor. Inter will be hoping of course that Tottenham do what most teams in the Champions League do and fail to win in Barcelona. A Tottenham win will make this match in Italy meaningless but Inter will be hopeful that's not the case. They have four points from their two home group games, both full of late goals. Inter trailed Tottenham with two minutes to go but won 2-1 and a goal seven minutes from time rescued a 1-1 draw with Barcelona. Inter are unbeaten in their last seven home games and their last three in the Champions League.

PSV have only one point in this group and are already doomed to finish bottom. That's disappointing considering they have led in three of their games but they have conceded 12 goals in five games and that's not going to get you through to the last sixteen. Both of their away games have been lost and they were defeated 2-1 by Inter in the reverse fixture. Two of their last three games have ended in defeat and they have only won one of their last 11 away games in this competition. Inter can be backed to get the home win here.
