Inter Milan have only lost one of their last eight games in all competitions. They will be hoping to keep that good run going as they host Eintracht Frankfurt in the second leg of their last 16 Europa League tie. Inter started the season in the Champions League and would have made the knock-out stages but for conceding a late goal at home to PSV. That left them third behind Barcelona and Tottenham and took them into the Europa League. The last 32 saw them get a comfortable 5-0 aggregate win over Rapid Vienna. Inter have kept three straight clean sheets in the Europa League this season and had another at the weekend when beating SPAL 2-0 to stay fourth in Serie A.

Their opponents are fifth in the Bundesliga and unbeaten in their last 11 games in all competitons. However, seven of those 11 games have ended in draws. The Germans have only lost one of their last 22 games played in the Europa League last losing in 2013. This season they have played nine games in the Europa League winning seven and drawing two. Three of their away games have been won and the other drawn. This should be a great cup tie and home advantage sways it in the favour of Inter who can get a narrow win.
