It hasn’t been a very easy ride for both sides; Galatasaray opened their Champions League campaign with a draw away to Club Brugge, and they have no win in their last three matches, all ending in draws, while PSG are just recovering from the 0 – 2 loss at the hands of Reims and though they managed to hit Bordeaux 1 – 0, they still look shaky. Galatasaray, on the other hand, come to the game on three clean sheets in the last four matches, and though here they play a tougher opponent, they will be motivated by the kind of defending they have had. They will however be seeking a first win in the Champions League in seven matches, having picked no win in the last six. Galatasaray have failed to score in eight of 15 Champions League matches while they have two wins in 15 matches in the competition. They have two wins in 10 Champions League matches at home. In the two meetings before, the two sides have each pickled a win at home, and with a clan sheet.
