Fulham vs Brighton Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

These two clubs had contrasting results on Sunday with Fulham drawing with Liverpool and Brighton being beaten at Leicester. Despite that point, Fulham went down to 18th in the Premier League, two places and two points behind opponents Brighton. Fulham have earned four points from their last three league games but are still a poinf from safety thanks to Burnley winning at Arsenal. They began life back in the Premier League with three straight home defeats. Form has picked up since then though with a win over West Brom, draw against Liverpool (after taking the lead) and a defeat by Everton. Only one home clean sheet has been kept this season with three of the last four league games all seeing both teams score. A return of five goals in their last three home league fixtures is promising though. A point against Liverpool was a real bonus for Fulham. Just as was the case against West Brom recently, this is the kind of game that Fulham need to win if they want to avoid relegation. 

The same also applies to Brighton and Hove Albion. They lost 3-0 at Leicester City on Sunday, all the goals coming in the first half. They had gone three league games without a loss, also drawing at home to Liverpool. However, the loss to Leicester followed a home defeat by Southampton. Only one of their last ten league games has been won with just seven points earned in those matches. Away form this season has seen them win at Newcastle United and Aston Villa. Three of the last five have been lost though with 11 goals conceded. Brighton are only two points clear of the bottom three and three behind 15th place. This week sees them not just travel to Fulham but host bottom-of-the-table Sheffield United. They will be wanting at least three points from these two games to try and get away from the relegation zone. A bet on under 2.5 goals being scored is the tip for this match.
