France vs Italy Prediction & Betting Tips - International Friendlies

Goals from Giroud and Fekir gave France a comfortable 2-0 home win over the Republic of Ireland in Monday's World Cup warm-up game. They might have been a bit disappointed they couldn't get a better win as the French side led 2-0 with goals in the 40th and 43rd minutes. There were six second-half substitutions though and France will probably employ the same tactics in this game against Italy with only a match against the USA a week on Saturday before they open their World Cup campaign against Austalia on June 16. France are in good form with just one loss in their last ten internationals and have recorded four wins in the last five at home, the other game being a home friendly loss to Colombia.

Italy had a 2-1 win at home to Saudi Arabia on Monday and must get so upset beatiing teams that have qualified for the finals while they will be stuck at home watching the tournament. That win ended a run of four games without victory  Balotelli scored the first goal before being substituted by Belotti who scored the second ten minutes after coming onto the field. Saudi Arabia got a goal back with 18 minutes left but failed to get an equalizer. Italy have only won one of their last four away games and have lost two of the last three. Their form in away friendlies is poor with just one win in the last eight so go for France to get another home win in this game.
