Defending champions France bid to back to the top of the Six Nations table. Les Bleus are second in the table, a point behind leaders Scotland but with this game in hand at home to fifth-placed Italy. Read our match prediction below.
Scotland went top of the table after their comeback win in Cardiff on Saturday.
Les Bleus have dominated their two matches played so far. Ireland were beaten at home 36-14 and they then went to Cardiff and defeated Wales 54-12. Often France make plenty of changes when playing Italy but aside from some rotation in the pack, that's not so this year.
Italy were beaten 73-24 at home by France last year but have made a good start to this season's Six Nations. After a home win over Scotland, they led at half-time against Ireland last week but ended up losing in Dublin.
They have five points from their first two games but that's only half the total France have earned.
France have won 25 of their 27 home games against italy and are unbeaten in 16 games against them. The Blues do have a recent draw in Paris to boost their confidence but the French side are in top form and we tip them to win on a -20.5 handicap.
