France topped Group D in this competition with three wins out of three. After starting with a 2-1 win over England, they thrashed Wales 4-1 and finished the group engagements with a resounding 5-2 win over the Netherlands.
Their tally of 11 goals is bettered only by Spain in the group stages, so the French will hope to keep scoring. In fact, France have netted at least two goals in each of their last ten matches, a clear sign of their scoring prowess.

France have a happy headache going into the quarter-finals as their rotated squad ended up winning 5-2 against the Netherlands. There will be some nervous faces on the pitch as Pauline Peyraud-Magnin, Selma Bacha, and Kelly Gago remain one card away from getting suspended for the semis, if they qualify.
The 4-3-3 formation is set to continue for France, with midfielder Delphine Cascarino likely to start after scoring two and assisting one goal against the Dutch. Playing centre of that forward formation will be Marie-Antoinette Katoto, who has scored three goals in her last four games for France.
