FK Buducnost vs HJK Helsinki Prediction & Betting Tips - Champions League

This Tuesday evening fixture is a Champions League first qualifying round second leg encounter between Buducnost and HJK.  HJK won the first leg 3-1 in Helsinki last week thanks to three goals in the opening 13 minutes before Buducnost netted a goal to give themselves a chance in the second leg.  They will hope that a packed Stadion Pod Goricom can help them overcome this two-goal deficit with it worth noting the away goal has now been abolished in this competition.

Buducnost qualified for the competition by winning the Molodvian league last season for the fifth time in their history.  They are still chasing a first home victory in the UEFA Champions League having lost two and drawn two on their four previous attempts.  An interesting thing to note about Buducnost is that their entire squad is made up of players from Moldova with no players born overseas.

HJK Helsinki qualified for the this stage by winning the Finnish national league for the 22nd time and the 11th time this century.  Based out of the Finland capital of Helsinki they have dominated their domestic league and again sit top this season after 11 games of the current campaign.  In the Champions League, they have not made out of the third qualifying round this century although they did make the group stages in 98/99.
