Bayern Munich will seek back-to-back wins in the Champions League when they travel to play Copenhagen on Tuesday. The two teams are competing in Group A and after one round of play, Bayern top the group with Copenhagen second. Copenhagen impressively held Galatasaray to a two-all draw in Turkey on matchday one. The result extended the Danish club’s unbeaten run in the Champions League to eight games. Copenhagen haven’t lost in Europe’s premier club competition since a 3-0 thumping by Sevilla in the group stages of last season’s campaign. The majority of matches in this run however have come in the qualifying rounds. Nonetheless, Jacob Neestrup’s men will be confident of extending this streak on Tuesday. The Lions will however have to perform better than they did over the weekend. Copenhagen were defeated 2-0 at home by Midtjylland to see a six-match unbeaten run come to an end.

Bayern Munich saw a three-match winning run come to an end on Sunday as they drew 2-2 away to RB Leipzig. The German champions had to come from 2-0 down to salvage the point. Though they did lose their hold on top spot in the league, Thomas Tuchel’s men extended their current unbeaten run to eight matches. They have won six times in this rich spell and will be confident of getting back to winning ways. The Bavarians battled to win a seven-goal thriller with Manchester United at home on matchday one. Die Rotten have been explosive in attack again this season but they have struggled at the back. They have kept three clean sheets in their nine matches this season and have conceded two or more goals a match four times.
