Bayern Munich have won all their games in Champions League Group B. That's taken them five points clear and they host Olympiakos who are bottom with just one point. The German champions have already scored 13 goals in their three group matches. A win over Olympiakos will take them to 12 points and qualify them for the knock-out stages. They have to bounce back from a 5-1 away loss at Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga at the weekend. That loss caused them to sack Niko Kovac as their manager with Hansi Flick in charge for this match. Only one competitive home game has been lost since March when Liverpool knocked them out of this competition. In the Champions League, Bayern have won three of the last four home games scoring 11 goals.

Olympiakos are bottom and struggling to get the third place that would take them into the Europa League. They have only one point from their three group games, a 2-2 home draw with Tottenham (after being 2-0 down). Since then, they gave away a lead and lost 3-1 at third placed Red Star Belgrade (two points ahead of the Greeks) and lost 3-2 at home to Bayern Munich, again after leading. They top the Greek Super League but were held to a goalless draw at the weekend by fourth-placed Xanthi. Olympiakos continually lose away games in the Champions League group stages. All three were lost in the 2017/18 season and they were beaten 4-0 at Bayern four years ago. Bayern can get the win here and be ahead at both half and full time.
