Dijon vs Lyon Prediction & Betting Tips - Ligue 1

Dijon are seventh in Ligue 1 but that high position is down to their opening three fixtures. Their opening league game saw them come from behind to win 2-1 at Montpelier with a 91st minute winner.  Two Julio Tavares goals gave Dijon a 2-0 home win over Nantes and they followed that up with a 4-0 victory at Nice, not bad as it was goalless with 23 minutes to go. It's all gone a bit wrong since then though with home defeats by Caen and Angers before drawing 0-0 at Reims. Four of their last eight home league games have ended in defeat and last season they lost 5-2 at home to Lyon.

The away side are sixth in the table and had that fantastic 2-1 win at Manchester City in the Champions League last Wednesday. They won their first league game 2-0 at home to Amiens but then lost 1-0 at Riems. Their inconsistency continued with a home win over Strasbourg followed by a defeat to Nice and a draw at Caen before beating Marseille 4-2 at home on Sunday.  Lyon don''t have great away form in Ligue 1 with only three wins in their last ten. A bet on over 2.5 goals looks to be the one to go for here.
