Aston Villa lost in the Championship promotion play-off game last season and will be looking to avoid a repetition of that on Monday. They didn't even look like making it into the top six a few months ago when languishing outside the top ten. A run of 10 straight league wins took them into the play-off positions and a semi-final against West Bromwich Albion.
