Denmark had to battle hard to make it to the World Cup Finals that take place in Russia during the summer. Atter finishing second behind Poland in their qualifying group, they then took on the Republic of Ireland in the play-offs. It wasn't looking too good for them after being held to a goalless draw in the home leg and then going one down after just six minutes in the away second leg but made an amazing recovery to win 5-1 thanks to a hat-trick by Spurs midfielder Christian Ericksen. Home form was strong in the qualifiers with only Montenegro getting a win. They played two non-FIFA friendlies in January but failed to win losing 1-0 in Sweden and losing 3-2 at home to Jordan and now host Panama and Chile looking for confidence boosting wins. Denmark have just two defeats in their last 11 home games but have drawn three of the last five 

Panama are preparing for their first ever appearance in the World Cup Finals and follow this game with a trip to Switzerland. They qualified by finishing third in the CONCACAF qualifying group ahead of the USA. It was their home form that earned them their place in Russia as they only won one of their five away qualifiers but that was a vital win in Honduras. That 1-0 win was the only away game in which they scored and there can't be many teams who get a qualification place despite having a negative goal difference  Goals are a problem for them with just nine in their ten qualifiers and they have lost four of their last eight internationals.  They have only won two of their last 15 away internationals, the last victory being a 5-0 win in Grenada last October.  Go for a home win in this game as Panama begin what could be a steep learning curve this year.
