Crystal Palace have had it rough after lockdown and can only hope for a positive finish when they host Tottenham Hotspur at home in the final round of Premier League matches. Going to this game, Palace have managed 42 points and are placed 14th in the standings while Spurs have 58 points and in seventh place. For Palace, the best they can achieve for the season is a 13th placed finish and that will need Newcastle United to draw or lose their final match. Crystal Palace won their first match after resumption of football, beating strugglers Bournemouth 2-0, but it has been downhill since, with seven straight losses and they have been misfiring as well in these matches. In the last seven matches, Palace have scored in just one and have conceded two or more in six. Palace have managed just four wins in their last 18 matches and have lost 10 of their last 14 while in their last 15 matches they have conceded two or more goals in nine. They have lost to nine of the top 10 sides that have visited Selhurst Park this season; the only time they avoided defeat at home was in the 1-1 draw with Arsenal but six of their nine wins this season have come at Selhurst Park.

Tottenham Hotspur on the other hand, are assured of a Europa League spot by their league finish though it may be lost if Arsenal win the FA Cup. Spurs had their shaky moments earlier, as football resumed but they have found their groove since the 3-1 loss to Sheffield United and head to this game in fine form. They have four wins in their last five matches and have scored eight goals in their last three games. Spurs enhanced their Europa League hopes with a 3-0 win over Leicester City and will want to wrap up the season with a win in this London derby, with form favoring them, having lost just one of their last nine matches. In their last 14 matches, Spurs have failed to score in just one, and backed with three straight wins and lead scorer Harry Kane returning to top form, they will be very confident here. Kane has scored four goals in the last two matches and will definitely be a danger for Palace. However, with just one win in their last five away matches, Spurs will need to put in an extra effort. They beat Newcastle United 3-1 in their last away match and will be targeting back to back away league wins for the first time this season. They have won only four of their 18 away league matches this season and managed two clean sheets in the 18.
