Crystal Palace were very close to their second win of the season in the Premier League in their last game, after a week of recovery, they will be looking to bag three points when hosting Leicester City. Only a point separates these two sides, Palace with six points in 15th place and Leicester at seven points in 13th. Both teams haven’t had great starts to the campaign and Palace must be very disappointed after conceding a stoppage time goal to draw with Brighton in their last game. This is their second straight home game and they should feel it is a chance to make things right. Just like Palace, they have one clean sheet in their last five matches and have two wins, two draws and a win in the five games. Both teams have scored in three of Leicester’s last five matches and they get here without a clean sheet in the last five away league matches. Of the five away league games, they have three losses and two wins. Their only away win in the three league games this season was against bottom placed Norwich. Jamie Vardy has been the team’s brightest spark so far; he scored two in the 2-2 draw with Burnley in their last league game, though he also scored an own goal in the game.
