Chelsea had the best run at some point this season, but things have changed for the worse as they prepare to host West Ham United in one of several London derbies lined up for the Blues. They have back to back away wins in the last two, the win over Leeds was their third away victory in the league this season. Having scored two or more goals in three of their last five away league games should give them confidence going to this game and three wins and just a loss in six matches against Chelsea will reinforce that.
