Two sides in great form clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday. Tottenham are top of the Premier League going into the weekend and travel to third placed Chelsea. A win for the home side will take them above their opponents in the table as they only trail them by two points. Their win at Rennes in midweek was great news for them. It took them into the last sixteen of the Champions League, so in a busy schedule, weakened line-ups can be played in their final two fixtures. That victory in France took their unbeaten run in all competitions over 90 minutes to 13 games since a home loss to Liverpool. The only blemish on that record was losing to Tottenham on penalties in the EFL Cup after a 1-1 draw. Their last six league and cup games have all been won and by an aggregate score of 18-2. A lot is written about their power in midfield and attack but Chelsea have kept six clean sheets in their last eight games in all competitions. Home form is very strong with one loss in their last ten home Premier League games. 

Tottenham are unlikely to still be top by the time this game takes place. Even so, it's been an impressive start to the season for them. Since the opening weekend loss to Everton, they have won six and drawn two in the Premier League with 21 goals scored, mainly by Kane and Son. They had won four games in a row at the time of writing (before Thursday's Europa League game) and have one loss in their last 15 Premier League fixtures. Away form is good with a 100% record this season in the Premier League. Four wins have seen them score 13 goals. Their record at Stamford Bridge is poor though with just one win in the last 30 league matches. A bet on both teams to score looks a winner here.
