Hundreds of millions of pounds have been spent by Chelsea but they still haven't won in the Premier League this season. They are 14th at the start of matchday 3 and host 17th placed Luton Town. The Blues just keep on signing players but have just one point from their first two games of the new season. They began with a 1-1 home draw with Liverpool but then last Sunday were beaten 3-1 at West Ham United. They'll likely make more signings before the transfer window closes but it's time to get some league points. They come into this game having gone six Premier League matches without a win and just one victory in 14. Home form has been a problem too with eight league matches played since their last victory. On the plus side they have gone three home league fixtures without defeat. All three were drawn but two were against Newcastle United and Liverpool. It's not easy betting on them at present until they get a settled side.

Luton Town have only played one game since making their Premier League debut. That was on the opening weekend of the season when being beaten 4-1 at Brighton and Hove Albion. A scheduled home game against Burnley was postponed due to Kenilworth Road not being ready yet. It's going to be a long hard season for the Hatters and relegation does look extremely likely. Conceding four goals at Brighton wasn't anything like the start they wanted. Over 90 minutes they have gone five away games without a win. We have to go for Chelsea to win this and be ahead at both half and full time.
