Celtic have made a good start to their Europa League group. They top Group E by a point from CFR Cluj and third-placed opponents Lazio. The Scottish champions returned to the top of their domestic league at the weekend. Celtic have four points so far in this Europa League group. They opened with a 1-1 draw at Rennes after going behind in the first half. Then they got some revenge on CFR Cluj, the team that knocked them out of the Champions League. This time, Celtic beat them 2-0 with a goal in each half. Celtic have only lost one of their last 13 games and have won their last seven at home. In the Europa League, Celtic have won six out of eight home games played since the start of last year.

Lazio are third in the group but only a point behind the top two. They gave away a 1-0 lead in their opening group fixture and ended up losing 2-1 at CFR Cluj. They then went a goal down at home to Rennes but turned it around to win 2-1. Lazio are seventh in Serie A and have had an inconsistent season to date. Only once have they managed to win two consecutive games and away from home have lost three of the last four. Since December 2017, Lazio have played nine away games in the Europa League and lost seven of them. Go for a home win here.
