Cardiff vs Burnley Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

Cardiff City continue to struggle on their return to the Premier League and start the weekend one from bottom in the table. They could be rock bottom if Huddersfield Town can manage to earn a point agains Tottenham on Saturday. Cardiff have just two points from six games, it could easily have been one if Newcastle hadn't missed a last gasp penalty against them last month. Their only other point came against bottom of the table Huddersfield. They have only scored three league goals so far, two in the 3-2 home defeat by Arsenal and that surprise goal at Chelsea where they took the lead but ended up losing 4-1. Cardiff struggle to score goals and their defence has massive problems too with 15 conceded in their last four league and cup games, it's going to be a long hard season for the Welsh team.

It's been a difficult time for Burnley who after finishing seventh in the table last season were down at the bottom a week ago. They failed to win any of their first five league games and were knocked out of the Europa League before the group stages. Their defence which was so tight last season was letting in plenty of goals but then last week they finally sorted themselves out. Burnley beat Bournemouth 4-0 to kick-start their season, though a weakened team then lost to League One Burton Albion in the Carabao Cup. This looks booked for an away win for Burnley with the home team struggling and conceding goals aplenty.
