Caen vs Bordeaux Prediction & Betting Tips - Ligue 1

Caen go into the final league game of the season two points from safety. A win over Bordeaux will take them to 36 points but still won't guarantee them avoiding the drop. Amiens are on 35 points and their final game is home to bottom of the table Guingamp who are already relegated. It could go down to goal difference and Caen's is two worse than that of Amiens and seven behind Monaco who have 36 points and play Nice away. Caen have to win this game and if they do it'll be their third straight home victory. It could all be a case of too little too late as they had failed to win any of their last seven home league games.

Bordeaux are 14th in the table but a safe five points above the relegation zone. Lucky for them they have 38 points as their last six league games have all been lost. Their away league form is appalling with only two points earned from their last ten games. Those came in draws against Monaco and Amiens who are both in the bottom five. Only Guingamp have a worse away record than Bordeaux and they have only scored nine away league goals this season. Go for Caen to get the win but that may still not be enough to save them.
