Bromley vs Bristol Rovers Prediction & Betting Tips - FA Cup

Bromley are second in the National League, behind Barrow on goal difference but from a game more. They turn their attention to the FA Cup in midweek as they host Bristol Rovers who are tenth in League One. This is a first round replay and Bromley had to get a goal seven minutes from time to get the draw, just four minutes after the league side had taken the lead. The winners of this tie have a home tie against Plymouth Argyle  from League Two. They will have a good chance of making it into the third round when the Premier League and Championship clubs enter the competition. 

The National League side are two divisions behind their opponents but did well to get an away draw. They are not in the greatest of form though with no wins in their last four matches. Only one of those has been lost with the other three ending in draws. Home form for Bromley has seen them win two and draw two in their last four but with lots of goals being scored. Bromley have hit 14 in those matches but conceded eight. Only one of their last 13 home games in all competitions has been lost, so this won't be an easy game at all for the visitors.

Over 90 minutes, Bristol Rovers have only lost two of their last 13 league and cup games. They are only two points adrift of the final promotion play-off place in League One. On their travels, Rovers have won three of their last four games, the other being a loss to Doncaster Rovers who have a great home record. They have scored in four of their last five away matches. This should be a great cup tie and Bromley will be desperate to get the win. They haven't reached the second round of the FA Cup since the 1945/46 season. A win for them is possible but a bet on both teams to score looks the safest way to get a return.
