Paris Saint-Germain are out to reclaim the Ligue 1 title and they have given it a good start with two wins in two matches. Next up for the Parisians will be an away game at Brest with their hosts going into the game on the back of two draws in their opening two games. Brest have so far drawn with Lyon and Rennes, and they go to this game winless in three. They have just one win in the last 12 matches and in their last nine they have no clean sheet while they’ve conceded two or more goals in seven of nine. Brest themselves have scored two or more goals in just one of the last six matches and both sides have scored in their last eight matches. Six of Brest’s last eight matches have produced over 2.5 goals and at home they are very poor, going winless in the last nine, five of which have ended in defeat.

PSG haven’t lost a game against Brest in their history; these two have met 11 times and only one has ended in a draw, with PSG winning the rest. They had a busy transfer window but it is still unlikely Lionel Messi will feature in this game, having had no preseason rest at all. The visitors go to this game on the back of two straight wins but will have concerns at having no clean sheet in the last four matches. In two of their last four matches they have conceded two goals. In their last 10 matches, PSG have seven wins and six of their last eight matches have produced over 2.5 goals while they have scored two or more goals in eight of their last 10. The Parisians are not yet even at full strength, with Sergio Ramos, Neymar and Gianluigi Donnarumma yet to feature this season while Kylian Mbappe is yet to score in the opening two matches. Still they are great in attack, failing to score in just one of the last 13 matches.
