Bournemouth start the weekend in 12th place in the English Premier League and are nine points above the relegation zone. It's not quite time to panic yet but after this game, four of their next six matches are against sides currently in the top six. Bournemouth made a bright start to the season and were themselves in the top six at one stage. Recent months has seen that good run end and they have lost nine of their last 12 games. Defence is poor again with 42 goals conceded this season with 14 in the last four and still people talk about Eddie Howe being a future England manager. Only one of their last four home games has been lost but recent wins have come against struggling teams such as Huddersfield Town and Brighton and Hove Albion.

West Ham United are the opposite of Bournemouth as they made a poor start but have recovered well. After time in the relegation zone they are now ninth in the table and pushing for a place in Europe. The last ten league games have seen them earn 19 points compared to the seven earned by their opponents. Away form has seen them win three of their last four and with the Bournemouth defence conceding so many goals (26 in the last ten league games), the tip here is for a West Ham win.
