Bournemouth are second in the Championship, only a point behind league leaders Norwich City. They look to continue their unbeaten run with a home game against Preston North End who are down to 18th after two heavy defeats. Bournemouth had won three successive league games before Saturday's trip to Rotherham United. They led that game 1-0 before going 2-1 down thanks to two goals in three second half minutes. The Cherries got an equalizer though to stretch their unbeaten league run to four matches. Home form has seen Bournemouth unbeaten since their return to the Championship with five wins and two draws. Three of the last four have been won, the most recent a 2-0 win over Reading.

Preston North End come into this game in poor form. Their last two league games have both been lost, with seven goals conceded. A 3-0 home loss to Blackburn Rovers in midweek (that's six out of seven lost at home in the league) was followed by a 4-1 hammering at Watford on Saturday. Those defeats mean three of their last four league fixtures have ended in defeat. With such an appalling home record, Preston needed away points to keep them out of the relegation zone. They won their first four away league games of the season but this recent slump has seen them lose the last two, conceding six goals. A bet on a home win for Bournemouth is the tip for this game.
