Borussia Dortmund vs Eintracht Frankfurt Prediction & Betting Tips - Bundesliga

Borussia Dortmund are third in the Bundesliga but can move into second with a home win over ninth placed Eintracht Frankfurt. Dortmund start the weekend four points behind league leaders Bayern Munich and three adrift of Leipzig in second. They lost ground last week when the top two drew but then lost 4-3 at Bayer Leverkusen. Dortmund led that game 3-2 with just nine minutes left to play. That was their second defeat of the week having lost 3-2 at Werder Bremen in the German Cup. The loss at Leverkusen ended a run of three straight league wins. Home form is strong with an 11-game unbeaten run in the Bundesliga and ten goals scored in the last two. Twice in their last five home league matches have they conceded three goals with only two clean sheets.

Eintracht Frankfurt have a lot of work to do if wanting another season in the Europa League. They are currently seven points behind the final Europa League qualification place. Frankfurt had an appalling time in November and December earning just one point from seven league games. However, the winter break has done the world of good for them with 10 points from four Bundesliga matches and knocking second placed RB Leipzig out of the German Cup (they also beat them in the Bundesliga). Away from home, Frankfurt have four points from their last two league matches but all season have just two wins in ten. Eight of those fixtures have seen both teams score. Dortmund are good at home but Frankfurt are in good form this year. A bet on both teams to score is the suggested wager to make.
