Bodoe/Glimt vs KI Klaksvik Prediction & Betting Tips - Champions League

Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt will open their Champions League quest with a home match against Faroe Islands’ Klaksvikar in the first qualifying round of the competition. Bodo/Glimt will be hoping to go further than this stage after falling at this same level last season. In terms of recent form, they haven’t done badly in their recent matches; they head into this one with four wins in their last five matches. However, they suffered a 3-2 loss in their last outing, away to Odd. Before that they had four wins and four straight clean sheets, a run they will want to resume, going into this game. Bodo/Glimt have scored in each of their last five matches, managing two or more goals in four of those five. Though they have one win in their last four home matches, they are unbeaten in that run.

Klaksvikar come into this game with a healthy run as well; they haven’t tasted defeat in their last 20 matches. In their most recent game, they registered a 4-2 win over NSI in their domestic league. That was their fourth straight win, and third game in four that they scored two or more goals. While Klaksvikar will want to carry this form to the Bodo/Glimt game, they may well have to consider they are stepping into tougher grounds. Their league isn’t as strong as Bodo/Glimt’s and this could be a factor. Klaksvikar last played in the Champions League in 2020, winning one and losing the other of the two matches they played. They had earlier played in the competition in 2000, so they could be just as inexperienced in this competition as Bodo/Glimt.
