Leipzig reached the quarter finals of the Europa League last season and made a good start to this season's campaign with a 4-0 home win over Hacken. It took them 35 minutes to get their first goal but after that they managed to score at a regular basis to get a commanding lead in this tie. The winners - most likely to be Leipzig of course - take on Universitatea Craiova from Romania in the third qualifying round. Leipzig are undefeated in their last five games and scored 23 goals in the process. Away form for them has them on a three game unbeaten run and they only lost one of their three away Europa League games last season and Hacken are nowhere near as good as Marseille.

Hacken are down in tenth in the Swedish league after 15 games and already 11 points off the European qualification places. They haven't won any of their last three league matches and have gone five games without a win. Hacken are undefeated at home in the league with four wins and three draws but did lose the home leg to Liepaja in the previous round of the Europa League.  With just one win in their last seven Europa League games and no wins in the last three at home, this looks booked for another Liepzig win.
